"I'm not a State Farm client, but I needed their assistance to sign some Life Insurance claims documents. Shiree took the time to call their Life Company and assist in the entire process. By right, I was supposed to deal with my deceased moms agent, but it's all the way in Chicago, and I didn't have enough time to wait on the agent to mail the documents to me, to sign and mail back. Shiree was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Yall have a good office rep their. Im an insurance agent also, and have my own brokerage. If I wasn't already in the business, and have my own policies, I would definitely have the Brian King State Farm as my choice for an insurance agency. Keep up the good work up there."

"No response to an overpayment. Continued to deduct payments after cancelation. Called about it -after noticing it months later. No response about refund, which is a substantial amount (home owners insurance). Not happy."
